Seasonal Laborer – Gutter Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance

Position Overview

We have an immediate need to hire a reliable worker to assist with a large gutter cleaning project. This job requires climbing ladders and walking on rooftops while using a backpack leaf blower to clear gutters and unclog downspouts.

The initial project will last approximately 3 weeks, with the opportunity for ongoing work after completion.

Responsibilities

• Safely climb ladders and work on rooftops to clear gutters.

• Use backpack leaf blowers and hand tools to remove debris.

• Ensure downspouts are unclogged and draining properly.

• Assist with additional residential services such as:

  • Gutter cleaning

  • Window cleaning

  • Leaf cleanups

  • Lawn care

Future Opportunities

• Fall Services – Ongoing residential cleanups, lawn care, and window cleaning.

• Winter Work (Starting November) – Snow removal crews to clear sidewalks and walkways.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working on ladders and rooftops.

• Physically able to lift and carry equipment.

• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded.

• Previous experience in outdoor labor or grounds maintenance is a plus, but not required.

• A REAL ID is mandatory to access federal job sites.

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly pay, depending on experience.

• Approximate duration: 3 weeks for the initial project, with ongoing seasonal opportunities available.

• Work hours may vary based on weather conditions.
