Job Description
We are looking for senior Geopolitical Advisors who can turn complex geopolitical developments into concise, actionable intelligence that directly informs our investment strategy. This is a remote, project-based role with opportunities for ongoing retainer work for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze geopolitical, political, security, and macroeconomic developments across relevant regions
- Assess implications for investment risk, capital allocation, supply chains, and strategic positioning
- Draft executive-quality policy briefs and internal advisory notes for firm leadership and investment committees.
- Synthesize ambiguous or fragmented information into clear, actionable insights
- Develop scenario-based forecast models and early-warning indicators for trade policy shifts, sanctions, and regional security dynamics.
- Monitor priority regions (EMEA, North America, LATAM) and issue rapid risk-escalation alerts and opportunity briefs.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Security Studies, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in government, think tanks, risk advisory, intelligence, security firms, financial institutions, private equity, or strategic consulting
- Strong analytical judgment and professional writing skills
- Proven discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
