The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Server Assistant to support our dining room team and help deliver smooth, polished service from the moment a member arrives to the moment they leave. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in details, and shows up ready to work hard for the team.
What You’ll Do
As a Server Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the service flow. Responsibilities include:
- Greet and seat guests efficiently and professionally
- Fill and maintain water glasses throughout service
- Set tables and maintain a clean, guest-ready dining room
- Bus and wipe tables quickly and thoroughly between seatings
- Run food from the kitchen to the dining room accurately and efficiently
- Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep service moving
- Keep service stations stocked (water, glassware, linens, silverware, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Hard worker who takes initiative and moves with urgency
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy meal periods
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Perks
- $7- $9/hr + tip-out
- One meal provided per shift

This job is located in Mullen, Nebraska and requires commuting or relocation.
Limited reduced-fee employee housing may be available onsite.
