30hop restaurant in Lee’s Summit, Missouri is looking looking for full-time and part-time Servers to join our team at our new, exciting restaurant! With great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and plenty of opportunities to earn excellent tips, it’s the perfect spot for anyone who loves connecting with guests.

Starting Pay for fully trained Servers: $6.88 per hour + tips, tipped out nightly.
Schedule: Evenings, 3pm/4pm-Close, Full-time or part-time. Shifts are anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on your availability. Evening & Weekend availability is a must.
Full-time Benefits: Available for all full-time employees who work on average 35 hours per week or more.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and offering a warm welcome.
- Present menu items and daily specials, providing recommendations as needed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a high level of service throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Ensuring that tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and well-organized. Assisting with resetting tables for the next guests.
- Process payments, provide accurate bills, and manage the checkout process efficiently.
- Complete assigned opening and closing duties, including sidework, cleaning, and stocking.
- Complying with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Juggling the responsibilities of serving multiple tables at once, ensuring all guests are attended to without long waits.
- Assisting other servers, host, bar, or kitchen staff during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
- Prior experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays of food or drinks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety practices is a plus.
