Are you ready to come work and have fun everyday?!? Then Premier Equipment wants you to join our team! We are looking for a motivated, hard working, organized, customer driven person to join our team. A Service Manager/Writer is responsible for assisting customers with their equipment repair needs. Your duties will include greeting customers and telling them about the types of services our shop offers, updating customers on the progress of their equipment repairs or limited offerings like free inspections and processing customer transactions upon completion of their equipment repairs. We are a family-owned company that is growing with lots of room for advancement!

Work Days:

  • Monday to Friday

Application Question(s):

  • Do you have a least 2 years experience in the a Dealership Service Department.
  • Do you have experience managing customer relationships, working with technicians, and actively selling service work?
  • Have you previously held a role that required you to both manage a service team and generate service revenue?
  • Are you comfortable handling customer issues, leading technicians, and actively upselling service repairs?

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
