Job Description
TKP is hiring for side dump and belly dump drivers with immediate openings. TKP is a growing trucking company in the Bakken that specializes in the dirt industry. We have grown to require that we add at least 2 more drivers. Our current work load has allowed us to work all winter and is going to increase this season. We are home after every shift and we run primarily day cabs. Our trucks are all manual transmission at this time but we are considering putting on an automatic to see how it will work for us. TKP is fully DOT compliant company so you will be required to be compliant as well. We are ELD exempt and run on daily time card. It is looking like there will be day and night shifts throughout the season this year. So if you are a night owl this might be for you!
TKP has direct deposit payroll every 2 weeks and pays hourly. Typically drivers are paid key to key since we expect you to do the legally required pre-trip and post trip inspections. We are paying $30 to $35 an hour for these positions.
You will be expected to keep the cab clean and orderly. The paperwork must be done correctly and turned in every shift. Punctuality and attendance is extremely important as we have the reputation of being where we say we will be when we agreed to be there.
