Job Description

BNG Team is currently seeking highly motivated, customer focused, and detail oriented ConnectBooster Support Specialist to join our team. As a CB Support Specialist, you will provide support, training, and product knowledge to our merchants through a combination of responding to tickets in our CRM system, answering calls, and installation of the product.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Provide customer support through phone and ticketing system
• Install, configure and train customers on the ConnectBooster software
• Perform root cause analysis when troubleshooting complex technical issues
and report back to the team and client with fixes
• Collaborate with the internal Sales team and Development team as needed
• Update technical documentation and FAQs
• Assist in maintaining accounts related to ConnectBooster
• Perform additional tasks/duties as assigned

Your Amazing Skills and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of customer support experience required
• Previous work experience in technology field desired
• Interest in technology, databases, and cloud-based software
• Friendly, positive, and energetic demeanor
• Superior customer service skills with ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems
• Strong ability to complete takss according to established timelines and quality standards
• Previous exposure or experience to a CRM preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to actively communicate, engage, and connect with team members at all levels
• Excellence written and verbal communication skills with strong actively listening skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office products including Outlook,
