Job Description: The Barnesville Daycare Center in Foxhome, MN is currently seeking a dedicated Teacher Aide to join our team in Barnesville, MN. The Teacher Aide will assist the Lead Teacher in providing a nurturing and educational environment for children in our care. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, supervising children, and helping to create a fun and engaging learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Teacher with daily activities and lesson plans
• Supervise and interact with children in a positive and caring manner
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
• Assist with snack and meal times
• Assist with diaper changing and potty training as needed
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Enthusiasm for working with children and helping them learn and grow
