Responsibilities:
- 90% TRAVEL
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities in the region
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational initiatives
Qualifications:
- Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
