In this role, you will provide essential care, support, and companionship to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY — WE WILL TRAIN YOU!

This is a great opportunity for students or anyone looking for a second part-time job. We are willing to work with school schedules and other employment commitments within reason. All you need is a caring attitude, dependability, and a willingness to learn, follow directions, and be trained. We provide on-the-job training to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and support with medication routines according to the care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide companionship through conversation and engaging activities.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer general support with daily living needs.

Qualifications

• No previous caregiving experience required!
• Willingness to learn, follow directions, and be trained.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful demeanor.
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
